EMRA novice racer

I'll be heading down for the first round next week, ill be running amateur so I know my number plate color etc wont be an issue, but I have a buddy who's novice in Edmonton, and is planing to run novice at the 1st round at WMRC. Can he used his red numbers on white number plate?

No, he'll need black numbers on a yellow background. MSpeed carry's it in case he needs it, but I'd bring some.
